This website is operated by the Rotary Club of Keizer (Keizer Rotary), a community service organization based in Keizer, Oregon. Keizer Rotary is operated by the Rotary Club of Keizer. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Information you provide in forms. When you contact us, request membership information, register for an event, purchase raffle tickets, or pay dues, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any message you send.
• Payment information. Online payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your full card or bank details on this website. We receive a confirmation of the transaction, including the amount and the payer name and email supplied by PayPal.
• Security and anti-spam data. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help block automated submissions. Cloudflare may process limited technical information, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, for that purpose.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

How We Use Information

• To respond to your questions and membership inquiries.
• To process and confirm payments, dues, and ticket purchases.
• To administer events, scholarships, and club programs.
• To keep records required for club and Rotary administration.
• To protect the website against spam, fraud, and abuse.

Text Messages and Mobile Information

Current club members may choose to receive club communications by text message (SMS). Enrollment requires a mobile number on the member's club record and confirmation by email before any messages are sent. Transactional and promotional consent are collected separately, are never pre-selected, and are never inferred from use of this website or from accepting this policy or our terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent information is likewise not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and consent records are used only to operate the club's text message program, and are shared only with the messaging service provider that delivers those messages on our behalf.

We keep a record of each SMS consent — the categories selected, the wording agreed to, the version of that wording, the date and time, and how the request was verified — so we can demonstrate valid consent. Opt-out records are retained as well. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help at any time. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate this website and our club activities — including our website and database hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our text messaging provider, PayPal for payment processing, and Cloudflare for form security — and only as needed to deliver those services. We may also disclose information where required by law. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use advertising or remarketing cookies. Limited local storage and cookies are used for essential functionality, such as keeping a signed-in administrator logged in and supporting form security checks.

Data Retention

We keep form submissions, membership records, and payment confirmations for as long as needed for club administration, financial recordkeeping, and legal requirements, and then delete or archive them.

Your Choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted through this website. Some records, such as completed payment confirmations, may need to be retained for accounting purposes.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. Youth program and scholarship information is collected with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or school staff member.
