Description
The leaves are green but turn a yellow to red in the fall. The seed pods are bright red through the summer.
Characteristics
It is a broadleaf deciduous and small tree. It grows up to 20 ft. tall and 25 ft. wide. The shape of the tree forms a rounded crown. The leaves are unlobed and usually 2 to 4 inches long. The leaf petioles are 1/2 to 2 inches long.
