Description

A broadleaf deciduous tree. The Arapaho Crape Myrtle has a fast growth rate.

Characteristics

It can grow to 15 to 20 ft. tall and nearly as wide. It grows upright and out. The flowers in the summer are red with purple overtones, and in clusters. The leaves are maroon and tinged with green. The ree is drought resistance. When the Arapaho Crape  Myrtle is established, it only needs occasional watering. It is also mildew resistant.
